$1 spent = 1 loyalty point*
Every 500 points = $20 REWARD you can spend online or instore.

Once you reach 500 points we will email you out your voucher code to redeem online, that code is valid for 1 month from the date sent out.

Your are able to view your points balance in the My Account section of our website.

Any balance of points over the 500 needed for a voucher will be carried over towards your next Reward.

*We calculate the loyalty points you earn, on qualifying purchases, by giving you one loyalty point for every $1 NZD you spend. Loyalty points are earned on purchases (excluding shipping costs). Please note, you will not earn points on purchases made using loyalty points. Loyalty points are valid for one year from date  and when your loyalty voucher code is generated the voucher is valid for one month. 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Gourmet Direct reward vouchers may only be used on gourmetdirect.co.nz and in conjunction with the purchase of products shipped and sold by Gourmet Direct. Gourmet Direct reserves the right to modify or cancel coupons at any time.

Gourmet Direct Reward Vouchers can only be redeemed once. If you return any of the items purchased with a coupon, the coupon discount or value may be subtracted from the return credit. If you return any of the items purchased with a rewards voucher, the voucher discount or value may be subtracted from the return credit.

One rewards voucher per customer. Applicable shipping and handling charges apply to all products.

The terms of Gourmet Direct Rewards may be varied from time to time at the absolute sole discretion of Gourmet Direct management. Changes will be notified to all account holders by way of the valid and active email address associated with the account. We will not provide any consideration for benefits gained or lost by these changes. 

Our loyalty program automatically generates emails and on occasion the points balance sent may out of date and incorrect. We are in no way obliged to honour a point balance indicated in automatically generated emails and reserve the right to deduct or add points.
