CYCLONE UPDATE: GOURMET DIRECT FARM

Our hearts go out to people who have lost family members,  homes and precious possessions during this devastating cyclone. Thanks to Elon Musk and Starlink I am able to communicate via satellite using a generator here at the Gourmet Direct farm.

The image above is our driveway which has been destroyed so we are not able to even leave the farm at this stage.

At our Napier Head Office there is no power, or telephone. Communications with anyone in Napier is very limited and intermittent. We are working on alternative arrangements to get power restored as soon as possible but we may be out of action for around 2 weeks.

If you have anything you urgently need to discuss please email me at kate.king@gourmetdirect.com I will endeavour to answer all of your emails.

Please don't try and call or leave messages as we have no phones or any other communications currently and the office is unmanned. I will be in touch again via email and here on this page with updates on how we are progressing in the coming days.
